2. Booking with Iberique
To book, you must:

• Pay a deposit or the full amount, depending on the package

3. Pricing & Payment
Payment Terms • Prices are listed in USD or CAD and may include applicable taxes • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to secure your reservation • The remaining balance is due 60 days before your trip • Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment upfront

4. Cancellations & Refunds
If You Cancel Cancellation must be submitted via email. Charges apply as follows:
• 60+ days before departure → Loss of deposit • 30–59 days before departure → 50% of total cost • 0–29 days before departure → 100% of total cost • Some services (e.g. flights or non-refundable hotels) may have stricter conditions
If We Cancel We may cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low bookings, natural disasters). In such cases, you’ll be offered:
• A full refund • An option to reschedule • Travel credit
5. Changes to Your Trip
Your Changes You may request changes in writing. Fees may apply, depending on:
• The suppliers involved • The timing of the request
Our Changes We reserve the right to make minor itinerary changes. If major changes occur, we’ll notify you and offer:

6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required for certain trips. It should cover:
• Trip cancellations • Medical emergencies • Lost or stolen items • Delays and disruptions
We are not responsible for losses not covered by insurance.

We are not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documents or vaccinations.

By booking, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to travel. Certain activities may involve risks. Participation is:

9. Our Role & Liability
Iberique acts as a coordinator between you and third-party providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:
• Acts or errors by third-party vendors • Travel delays, injuries, or losses caused by factors beyond our control • Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather, pandemics)
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected portion of your trip.
10. Complaints
If issues arise during your trip, please notify us or your local contact immediately so we can help.
• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the trip’s end.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, photos, logos, etc.) is owned by Iberique or licensed to us. You may not:
